The candidate should have 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, solid knowledge of federal and state court procedures, and proficiency with case management software and MS Office.

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules, procedures, and filing requirements.
• Skilled in drafting and responding to discovery, motions, legal documents, and correspondence.
• Experience with legal case management software and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Review case files and prioritize tasks related to ongoing litigation.
• Assist attorneys with organizing discovery materials and drafting documents.
• Maintain communication with clients for updates and information gathering.
• Coordinate trial support activities, prepare exhibits and trial binders, schedule witness testimonies.
• Mentor junior paralegals and support the litigation team.
