Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Oklahoma Bar admission or ability to obtain admission promptly.
• Civil litigation experience preferred; attorneys at all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, organize cases, and work collaboratively.
• Professional judgment, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to legal work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with civil litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, substantive motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
• Conduct legal research, investigate claims, and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Analyze evidence, review case documents, and collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Help defend clients in insurance, commercial, negligence, product liability, and general liability disputes.
