Job summary

Ascendion in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney to join our hybrid team.

You will manage civil defense matters from discovery through trial preparation, conduct depositions, participate in hearings and mediations, and draft motions, briefs, and client communications. The ideal candidate has 2-5+ years of civil litigation experience, is actively licensed to practice in Missouri, and demonstrates strong deposition, writing, and case-management skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$180,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
