Law Firms is seeking a driven Civil Litigation Attorney for a 100% remote role with a national practice. You will manage civil matters from inception to resolution, draft briefs and discovery, conduct depositions, and collaborate with senior partners on trial prep.

The position requires a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school and an active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with 1+ year of civil litigation experience. Remote work capability is essential.

Qualifications, Education & Licensure:

• Minimum 1+ years of substantive civil litigation experience.
• Skills: Strong research, legal writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Remote/Hybrid Capability: Self-motivated with demonstrated success working effectively in a fully remote/hybrid environment.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 – $250,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
