• Candidates should be prepared to handle all phases of defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• The Civil Litigation Practice represents defendants in significant exposure cases, handling a myriad of property and personal injury claims for businesses and individuals, and excels in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases.
• While defense litigation experience is preferred, the firm is also interested in talented attorneys with excellent skills in any litigation arena.
