The selected candidate will handle a diverse range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury litigation, attending depositions, offering legal advice, and handling wrongful death cases.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including personal injury and wrongful death cases.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and trials as necessary.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
• Provide sound legal advice to clients on potential litigation risks and strategies.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
