Job summary

Orion Placement in Mobile, Alabama seeks an experienced civil litigator to manage sophisticated matters from inception through resolution. You will draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other documents while developing strategies aligned with client business objectives.

Work with a collaborative, entrepreneurial team and mentor junior attorneys in a hybrid-ready environment. Active Alabama Bar admission or eligibility is required for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active Alabama Bar license or ability to obtain admission.
• 4+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience independently handling cases from start to finish.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Courtroom, mediation, and negotiation experience.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Prior law firm, in-house, or solo practice experience considered.

Location
