Job summary

Orion Placement in Mankato, Minnesota seeks a licensed attorney to represent clients in civil litigation from inception to resolution. The role involves drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery, plus conducting legal research and formulating litigation strategies.

You will manage client communications, participate in depositions and court appearances, and collaborate with senior attorneys across multiple practice areas.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active Minnesota Bar license and in good standing.
• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
• Private practice experience preferred.
• Experience with civil litigation, employment law, creditor/debtor rights, real estate, or trusts, wills, and probate is a plus.
• Attorneys at all experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Location
