Qualifications:

• Five to ten years of litigation experience, including law and motion work, and experience taking and defending depositions; trial, administrative hearings, or arbitration experience is a plus;
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with good academic credentials;
• Admitted to the California State Bar;
• Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
