Qualifications:

• Five-ten years of litigation experience, including law and motion work, and experience taking and defending depositions; Trial / administrative hearings / arbitration experience a plus;
• Have a J.D. from an ABA accredited law school with good academic credentials;
• Admitted by the California State Bar;
• Have strong analytical and excellent legal research and writing skills;
• Possess strong communication skills;
• Have excellent time management abilities; and
• Preferred candidates will also have experience representing municipal clients in litigation matters.
