Stonepath, a Denver litigation firm, seeks an Associate Attorney to join its growing team. The role offers meaningful responsibility across matters from discovery and depositions through hearings, case strategy, and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate has 2–8 years of civil litigation experience, a JD, and active Colorado Bar admission in good standing, with strong written and oral advocacy and the ability to manage a personal caseload and communicate directly with clients.

We’re partnered with a well-established Denver litigation firm seeking to add an Associate Attorney to its growing team.

The firm handles a diverse range of matters, including insurance defense, commercial litigation, bad faith, construction defect, surety, product liability, and personal injury. Associates take on meaningful responsibility across cases, from discovery and depositions through hearings, case strategy, and trial preparation.

What You’ll Need:

• 2 - 8 years of civil litigation experience
• JD and active Colorado Bar admission in good standing
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Ability to manage your own caseload and communicate directly with clients
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
