Job summary

The Raleigh, North Carolina office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its expanding Civil Litigation practice group. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team, work alongside experienced litigators, contribute to case strategy and development, and build strong relationships with firm clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of civil litigation experience. Prior experience in insurance defense is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Active membership in good standing with the North Carolina Bar.
• Prior insurance defense experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Join the Civil Litigation practice group and contribute to case strategy and development.
• Work alongside experienced litigators and build strong relationships with firm clients.
