Pacer Group is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate to join the Delaware team. The candidate will handle a broad range of civil and commercial matters from initial stages through resolution, with significant responsibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-7 years of civil and/or commercial litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and motion practice skills.
• Deposition and court experience preferred.
• Experience in insurance defense, business litigation, or general liability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs.
• Conduct depositions and assist in witness preparation.
• Handle court appearances, hearings, and case management conferences.
• Manage written discovery and e-discovery processes.
• Work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Support trial preparation and assist at trial as needed.
