Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking a licensed attorney to join our Greenville, SC office in civil litigation. This on-site role manages cases from intake through resolution, drafts pleadings, and negotiates with opposing counsel.

Qualified candidates have 1+ years (2+ preferred) civil litigation experience, an active SC license, strong research and writing, and excellent communication. Salary offered: $100,000–$150,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in South Carolina.
• 1+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, negotiations, and other litigation proceedings.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide practical legal guidance.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional results.
• Maintain organized case files, manage deadlines, and ensure high-quality legal work.
