BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Civil Litigation Associate in Cumming, GA. The attorney will manage diverse caseloads, including fiduciary litigation, property disputes, business and government litigation, with meaningful client interaction in a collaborative setting.

The role requires a JD, active Georgia Bar, and 3–5 years of civil litigation; strong research, writing, and drafting skills are essential. Proficiency with Clio, Lexis+, e-filing, and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Experience drafting substantive pleadings and motions.
• Ability to manage assignments independently.
• Experience with Clio, Lexis+, e-file systems, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from evaluation through resolution.
• Represent clients in diverse disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Handle discovery, depositions, and hearings.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout matters.
• Meet deadlines and manage case files with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff for effective representation.
