Qualifications

• Active Alabama license to practice law or willingness to obtain one
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
• Strong research, analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills
• Experience preparing for and taking depositions
• Ability to manage and prioritize a robust caseload
• Team player who supports colleagues and pitches in as needed
• Must be able to commute to and work out of the Birmingham office
