Job summary

Lexitas Legal Talent Solutions is seeking a litigation associate for our Birmingham office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in litigation, including drafting motions and managing discovery in complex matters.

Exceptional academics, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to interface with clients and opposing counsel are required. This hybrid role is onsite for at least 3 days per week, with a workload spanning commercial, regulatory, and general litigation

Qualifications

Our client, a prominent national law firm, is seeking a litigation associate for its Birmingham office. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience with litigation procedure, including drafting motions, and experience managing discovery in complex cases. The candidate must have an exceptional academic background, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability and desire to interface directly with clients and opposing counsel. Case workload will include commercial, regulatory, and litigation matters.

This is a hybrid role, onsite for at least 3 days a week. Salary range is $250k - $315k, depending on experience.
