Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Associate Attorney for its Cary, NC office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and enjoy a collaborative environment, engaging directly with clients and managing cases from outset to resolution.

Required are 1–3 years of civil litigation experience and a Juris Doctor. NC licensure is mandatory with Virginia licensure a plus. A JD from an accredited law school is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of civil litigation experience required.
• NC license to practice law; Virginia license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal services in residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters.
• Engage directly with clients to address their legal needs.
• Handle cases from inception to resolution, including research, motions and briefs, and courtroom appearances.
• Manage a high volume of cases with precision and organization.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients at all levels.
• Travel within the state as required; reliable transportation is essential.
