Responsibilities

• Case assessment and strategy: evaluate facts and merits to advise clients and plan resolution.
• Pleadings and motions: draft complaints, answers, briefs, and dispositive motions for state or federal court.
• Discovery management: conduct depositions, review records, gather evidence, manage document exchanges.
• Settlement negotiations: negotiate with opposing counsel and participate in mediations to resolve disputes outside court.
• Courtroom advocacy: argue motions, examine witnesses, and present trials or appeals.
