Job summary

Law Offices of Arthur H. Barens, A PC in Los Angeles seeks an experienced attorney with a minimum of three years in general civil litigation.

The role requires you to independently litigate cases from drafting complaints through trial, including discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, mediations and arbitration. Excellent analytical and communication skills, strong organization, and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to independently litigate a case from drafting complaints, discovery, depositions, law and motion, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations and trial.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum three (3) years of recent general civil litigation experience; transactional experience, family law and Plaintiff P.I. experience, a PLUS;
• Ability to independently litigate a case from drafting complaints, discovery, depositions, law and motion, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations and trial;
• Must possess excellent analytical, research and communication skills (oral and written);
• Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, planning and time management skills.

BENEFITS

• Excellent salary compensation, experience related, plus case bonus opportunities.
• Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
• Two weeks paid vacation following one (1) year of continued employment plus paid holidays.

• Job Type: Full-time
• 8 hour shift (5 days a week)
• Work Location: In person (on-site)
• Work Remotely: No
