Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in water and wastewater construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans.
• Ability to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions.
• This is a safety‑sensitive position requiring compliance with drug‑free workplace policy and pre‑employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with above-ground and underground pipe installation for water and wastewater systems.
• Support piping, mechanical, and tank installations.
• Perform layout for tank placement and mechanical installations.
• Read and interpret construction drawings with minimal supervision.
• Assist with shooting elevations and maintaining proper grades.
• Perform excavation and backfilling tasks safely and efficiently.
• Support equipment operators and assist with basic machinery operation.
• Plan and organize daily work tasks to support crew productivity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company policies and job-site safety procedures.
• Perform other general labor and construction-related duties as assigned.
