Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Laborer, Civil to perform general manual labor tasks and support construction activities at the Rayburn site in Sherman, TX. The role involves assisting skilled tradespeople and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities include digging, loading, unloading materials, operating hand tools under supervision, and helping with site setup and clean-up.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in construction or industrial settings is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning work areas.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of construction sites with barricades, cones, and signage.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and vehicles.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe workplace.
• Assist skilled tradespersons as needed (e.g., pipefitters, welders).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
