Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Laborer, Civil to perform general manual labor on the Rayburn site and to support construction activities with skilled trades while maintaining a safe work environment. The role involves digging, loading materials, site setup, and operating hand tools under supervision.

Candidates should be physically fit, able to pass a drug screen and background check, and have reliable transportation. Prior experience in construction is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in construction or industrial settings is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from Rayburn site.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties (digging, lifting, carrying materials, cleaning work areas).
• Assist in setup and breakdown of sites (barricades, cones, signage).
• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist skilled tradespersons as needed (e.g., pipefitters, welders).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
