• Participate in daily safety and quality tailgate meetings (JSA).
• Inspect personal protective equipment daily.
• Perform various civil construction tasks and manual labor.
• Keep job site clean and secure; ensure tools/equipment are organized.
• Report to Crew Leader and support project schedules.
• Document tasks with photos and required reports; assist with related duties.
