Job summary

Heartland Tower Solutions, LLC in Camby, IN seeks a Civil Crew Leader with extensive civil construction and electrical work experience. This role leads a crew of 2+ people and oversees safe, efficient installation work on wireless facilities while reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will conduct daily safety meetings, supervise field tasks, keep detailed time and expense records, and ensure all documentation is completed on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of civil construction experience in wireless tower construction and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL Class A preferred.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily JSA and Safety meetings with the crew.
• Inspect PPE and safety equipment daily.
• Delegate tasks and supervise timely completion.
• Supervise the crew to ensure safe, quality installations.
• Motivate the crew and maintain high morale on site.
• Record crew time and expenses accurately for each site.
• Complete required paperwork and reports on schedule.
