Certus Recruitment is partnering with an established, multidisciplinary engineering and infrastructure consultancy to appoint a Division Manager to lead and grow its civil engineering and municipal infrastructure business in Northern Colorado.

This is a senior leadership role requiring a Colorado PE-licensed Civil Engineer who can combine technical excellence with project leadership and strong business development to win new work.

Formación

• 15+ years' experience in civil engineering and construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong background in municipal infrastructure, public works, water/wastewater, or utilities.
• Proven track record managing complex programs, projects, teams and budgets.
• Strong client relationships and business development experience.
• Commercial and financial awareness; experience with budgets and proposals.
• Experience with construction management, contract administration and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers, managers, technicians and inspectors.
• Oversee major civil and municipal infrastructure programs.
• Own project delivery, budgets, resources and divisional financial performance.
• Build long-term relationships with municipalities and clients.
• Identify, develop and win new business opportunities.
• Lead proposals, budgets and commercial strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Mentor technical and project leadership teams.
• Provide senior oversight across engineering and delivery.
• Contribute to strategic growth of the business.
