Pape-Dawson Engineers is seeking Civil Graduates in Georgia for our Atlanta area offices to contribute to land development design and coordination under a licensed P.E.

You will assist in planning, grading, drainage, and utility layouts, prepare technical reports, review work, and collaborate with project managers and other disciplines to deliver compliant, quality projects. ABET-accredited degree and EIT within 12 months preferred.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree required.
• EIT or ability to obtain within 12 months of start date.
• Internship with civil design firm beneficial.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and procedures.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and preparation of plans for site development projects, focusing on grading, drainage, and utilities.

Job Description:Pape-Dawson is seeking Civil Graduates in our Georgia offices following December 2026 and May 2027 graduation. The Civil Graduate will focus on land development and is available in Atlanta, Marietta, Duluth, and Alpharetta. This position will contribute to the successful design, analysis, and implementation of projects within an engineering team.
