PacifiCorp is seeking engineers with strong civil and geotechnical backgrounds to design and review plans, calculations, and performance assessments for generation, transmission, and other facilities. You will lead teams, coordinate external services, and ensure quality assurance throughout projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• 2+ years of civil and geotechnical engineering experience.
• Understanding of geotechnical practices and QA/QC processes.
• Ability to coordinate with procurement and manage external services.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on commitments.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and evaluate systems, processes, or facilities to support Company objectives.
• Develop electrical engineering studies, plans, specifications, calculations, evaluations, and design documents.
• Coordinate with procurement to solicit external services as required for project deliverables.
• Manage bid process and contracts for geotechnical, civil inspection and surveying services.
• Provide construction and engineering quality assurance support for projects.
