Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Geotechnical Engineering
  • Foundational coursework in engineering geology, soil mechanics, and rock mechanics
  • Familiarity with routine geotechnical analysis
  • Experience with numerical modelling
  • Successful completion of EIT exam or ability to take it within 12 months
  • Familiarity with industry-standard engineering software (SLIDE, RS2, Settle3, GIS, AutoCAD)
  • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
  • Ability to work in the field for short-term projects
  • Demonstrated interest in the field via internships or volunteering
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Job description

We are looking for a recent Civil/Geotechnical Engineering graduate to join our brand‑new Graduate Program, launching in 2026, based in Los Angeles, CA.

  • Valid California Driver’s License and willingness to travel to project and field sites, including operating a personal or company vehicle per safety regulations
Location & Work Arrangement

The position is located in Los Angeles, CA. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our office per our hybrid working policy.

The expected salary for this position is $79,000–$88,000, determined by location, education, experience and skills.
