Mott MacDonald invites graduates to join a purpose-driven journey as part of Blueprint, a three-year development program in the US and Canada. You will work with engineering consultants, PMs, and experts, building technical skills while adopting a consultant mindset to deliver meaningful outcomes.

The program combines immersive learning with development sessions to build professional, commercial, and personal effectiveness skills for leadership. Hybrid work in Los Angeles is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Preferred: EIT exam completed or able to take within 12 months.
• Demonstrated interest through internships, volunteering, or memberships.
• Creative thinking with a methodical, pragmatic problem-solving approach.
• Proficient communication and presentation to engage clients and colleagues.

The expected salary for this position is $79,000 - $88,000

Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
