Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct complex investigations involving potential violations of federal, state, or local laws.
  • Interview witnesses, informants, officials to gather facts and develop investigative information.
  • Review financial records, electronic data, and other evidence to identify relationships and develop leads.
  • Coordinate activities with attorneys, law enforcement, and other agencies to obtain evidence.
  • Prepare investigative reports, exhibits, charts, and materials to summarize findings for litigation.
