MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required specialized experience for the respective grade level in which you are applying:

To qualify at the GS-12 level, you must possess:

Specialized Experience: At least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing at least three (3) of the four (4) duties listed below:

• Planning and conducting complex investigations to identify potential violations, determine investigative methods, and develop evidence needed to support legal action.
• Conducting interviews and analyzing witness statements, financial records, electronic information, and other evidence relating to allegations under investigation, establish facts and develop investigative findings.
• Coordinating investigative activities with attorneys, law enforcement personnel, government agencies, or other organizations to obtain evidence and advance investigations.
• Drafting detailed investigative reports that present findings, conclusions, recommendations, and assessments of evidence for use by attorneys, investigators, or other officials.
