Qualifications

• Read blueprints and related drawings to set forms for concrete foundations.
• Perform advanced layout using level instruments, transits, and tape measures.
• Rigging and safety harness training required; operate various power tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and set forms for concrete foundations according to drawings and specs.
• Assist in placing and finishing concrete.
• Maintain safety standards and keep job site organized and hazard-free.
• Work from heights and in varying weather conditions.
