Job description

Utilities One is seeking a qualified Civil Foreman for the Pacific Northwest region, specifically the Oregon market.

We offer an opportunity to leverage your experience in Wireless Construction within a dynamic, fast-paced environment at one of the fastest-growing construction companies in the US.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a crew of 3-4 civil technicians
  2. Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and job orders
  3. Ensure proper operation and maintenance of construction equipment
  4. Complete projects on time and within budget
  5. Hire, train, and support new crew members
  6. Comply with all digging laws and act as team captain
  7. Record crew performance and prepare daily/weekly reports
Requirements:
  1. 2-5 years of Tower Construction experience
  2. At least 1 year in Civil Foreman or similar roles
  3. Ability to travel within the region to different job sites
  4. Ability to interpret scope of work for Civil/Electrical projects
  5. Understanding of electrical codes/standards in the wireless industry
  6. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  7. Electrical licenses/certifications are a plus
