• Assist civil supervisors; communicate plans, policies, and procedures to staff in assigned area of responsibility
• Assure assigned areas of responsibility are performed within budget; and effective and efficient use of personnel, materials, facilities, and timeare utilized
• Determine work procedures, preparework schedules, and expedite workflow; studyand standardize procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned work and administrative operation
• Issuewritten and oral instructions; assign duties and examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures
• Performor assist subordinates in performing duties; adjusterrors and complaints
• Prepareand maintain dailyreports and records as assigned
• Oversee and inspect; adjust and replace necessary units and related parts in the performanceof repair work
• Overseeand evaluate the status ofcraft equipment and performor schedulethe needed repair
• Ensure all safety procedures, practices, and regulations are followed before, during, and after the process to foster a positive safety culture by having a safety-first mindset and approach during execution of activities
