Ames Construction is seeking a skilled Foreman to oversee construction projects primarily in the Minneapolis and St. Paul Metro area. The role involves direct supervision, promoting a safety-first culture, and managing excavation activities on active construction sites.
The ideal candidate should have experience in heavy civil construction, familiarity with OSHA standards, and a valid Driver’s License. Compensation ranges from $35 to $45 per hour based on experience and skills.

Projects will be located in the Minneapolis and St. Paul Metro area and may be nationally based. Work is primarily performed on active construction job sites, exposed to outdoor weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, wind, and dust. The role requires walking, standing, climbing, bending, and lifting in a construction environment. May require extended work hours, early mornings, nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Frequent interaction with heavy equipment, moving machinery, traffic, and construction hazards. Travel between job sites may be required.
Base salary range is $35–$45 per hour, varying with experience, skills, and knowledge.
