Alliance Consulting in Washington and Utah is seeking Field Technicians to support engineers on active project sites, performing field observations, measurements, and documentation from early construction through closeout. You will work outdoors in varied weather, read drawings, coordinate with contractors, and assist with surveying tasks, with mentorship from licensed engineers.

This onsite role offers hands-on experience across civil and infrastructure projects, and exposure to multiple

Competenze

• Background or coursework in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather and terrain.
• Attention to detail — especially in documentation and measurements.
• Able to read construction drawings and specifications, or eager to learn.
• Valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Perform construction observation and field inspections on civil and infrastructure projects.
• Document field conditions, contractor activities, and daily progress through written reports and photographs.
• Collect field measurements and data to support engineering analysis and design verification.
• Assist with surveying tasks and utility locating as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and municipal representatives on-site.
• Flag issues, non-conformances, or safety concerns and communicate them clearly to the project team.
• Support project closeout documentation and punch-list work.
