Gemma Power Systems is seeking a Civil Field Engineer to perform field-based engineering duties in planning, design, and oversight of construction. The role will require relocation to Ward or Reeves County, TX, with project-based assignments and potential moves to future sites.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience on power plants, industrial or large-scale projects.
• Field engineering experience required.
• Reading civil drawings including grading, concrete, reinforcement.

Responsibilities

• Review scope of work, plans, and specs; resolve discrepancies.
• Interface with Discipline Superintendents and design team.
• Generate RFIs and support ECN implementation.
• Review test reports for QC and as-built redlines.
• Track progress weekly with project controls; support 3-week look-ahead schedules.
