Job summary

Talley Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team serving the Chattanooga region. You will prepare full-service estimates for large civil site projects, read civil and architectural plans, and compile thorough bid packages for submission.

The role requires 3–5 years of estimator experience, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with Agtek and Heavybid. Travel may be required; DOT/municipal projects are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven construction estimator experience.
• Experience with large civil site development projects.
• Experience estimating roadway projects with DOT/municipalities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for site construction projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs for grading, utilities and civil scopes.
• Review bid packages and analyze plans and specs.
• Communicate bid details to field personnel and hand-off teams.
• Travel may be required and work independently or with a team.
