Job summary

You will interpret blueprints, prepare detailed estimates, coordinate pre-construction meetings, bid actively, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while upholding safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• Proven track record of securing profitable project awards.
• Knowledge of excavation, equipment, and materials.
• Experience with Agtek is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret project blueprints, drawings, and specs.
• Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and cost information.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings and support project teams.
