Job summary

Job Responsibilities:\*\* \* Operate various types of heavy civil construction equipment, including excavators, dozers, loaders, motor graders, compactors, and other related machinery, according to project specifications and safety protocols. \* Perform pre-operation inspections of equipment, including checking fluid levels, tires, and controls, and report any maintenance issues or defects to supervisors. \* Conduct routine maintenance tasks on equipment, such as greasing, cleaning, and minor adjustments, as directed. \* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. \* Read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and other construction documents to ensure accurate equipment operation and project execution. \* Grade, level, and compact earth, rock, and other materials according to project plans and specifications. \* Load and unload materials and equipment as required. \* Collaborate effectively with ground crews, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth project progression. \* Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment. \* Operate equipment in a manner that minimizes environmental impact and adheres to all regulations.
