This role involves safely and efficiently operating equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and other civil/mechanical equipment to support project objectives. Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Operate a variety of heavy equipment including, but not limited to, excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, trenchers, rollers, and compactors, safely and efficiently according to company policies and procedures. \* Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any potential issues. \* Understand and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and other instructions to perform tasks accurately. \* Excavate, backfill, grade, and compact materials as required for project specifications. \* Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles. \* Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental guidelines. \* Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other personnel on site. \* Assist with manual labor and general site duties when equipment operation is not required. \* Maintain a clean and organized work area. \* Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or incidents promptly to supervision.
