Job summary

Onterris is seeking a Staff Civil/Environmental Engineer to join the Nashville team. You will work with design professionals on permitting, construction, surveys, mapping, and related projects, providing design and drafting support for project delivery.

Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is required, GIS experience is a plus. The position offers an annual salary ranging from $55,000 to $95,000, plus an annual bonus, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• EIT license preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D; ability to perform design drafting with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Produce plan, profile, cross-section and detailed drawings for remediation, environmental construction and civil infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and edit drawing/map products including contouring, digitizing and data management.
• Communicate potential issues to leadership and adhere to schedules and budgets.
• Maintain safety and participate in ongoing improvement programs.
