Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering principles.
• Proficient with Civil 3D, HydroCad, AutoCAD and ArcGIS.
• HAZWOPER certification (40-hour) with annual refresher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Team-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with project budgeting and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple projects simultaneously and supports senior technical lead.
• Oversees personnel needs, assigns work, and ensures deadlines.
• Directs technical staff and reviews progress for accuracy.
• Prepares project documents, reports and graphical presentations.
• Supports consulting clients to prepare plans and assessments.
• Manages project budget, hours and invoicing.
• Acts as client manager, understanding needs and proposing solutions.
• Ensures compliance with safety and company standards.
• Oversees permits, contracts, and project scheduling.
• Maintains confidentiality at all times.
• Contributes to continuous improvement programs.
• Keeps up-to-date on industry trends through training.
