Job summary

Weston & Sampson is seeking an engineering student for our Fall 2026 full-time Co-Op/Intern program located in Reading, MA, running from September to December. You’ll be working within civil or environmental disciplines with exposure to water, wastewater, and related areas, including occasional field work around the state.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Two years of coursework completed preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
• Team oriented with ability to manage multiple assignments.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Introductory knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, or HydroCAD preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering staff with data calculations and research analysis.
• Design plans and specifications for projects such as stormwater and green infrastructure.
• Support construction services including field work.
• Contribute to climate resiliency efforts.
