Job summary

McGill Associates, PA is seeking an Engineering Technician to assist in preparing design drawings, plans, specifications, and permit applications for civil site projects in North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Virginia. You will work with civil design software to support municipal, commercial, and industrial sites.

The role emphasizes a flexible and hybrid schedule, collaboration with a local team, and a focus on maintaining project documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Min high school diploma or GED with 10 years of related experience or an Associate's degree with 8 years related experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience in residential, commercial and industrial site design preferred.
• Municipal experience preferred; valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; hybrid schedule and local team collaboration.
