Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation in Houston, TX is seeking a VDDS Associate Engineering Technician to support the development of high-quality engineering deliverables for water and civil infrastructure projects.

Under supervision, you will create and modify site development plans using Civil 3D or MicroStation, assist engineering teams, and contribute to documentation and project deliverables while expanding your technical skills in a collaborative, ESOP-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in relevant tech field.
• Associate Degree in Drafting or Eng Design Related Technology preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports engineering teams under general supervision.
• Performs technical tasks with intermediate engineering knowledge.
• Uses CAD/BIM/digital tools for design work.
• Creates and updates technical documentation and drawings.
