Job summary

Facet is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Team Lead (PE) to guide our Spokane office, oversee project delivery, and mentor a growing team.

You will drive client relationships, lead design and quality control, and collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to deliver impactful infrastructure projects across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• 5+ years of experience in a consulting environment.
• 7+ years of project management experience leading civil engineering, land development, or municipal infrastructure projects.
• Experience with business development, client management, proposal preparation, and staff leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client relationship management, and proposal efforts to grow our civil engineering consulting practice.
• Attend meetings with clients, jurisdictional agencies, other professionals and organizations.
• Lead civil engineering design, project delivery, and quality control for projects.

Facet is a fast-growing dynamic civil and structural engineering and environmental consulting firm with six offices in Washington. We are engineers, scientists, arborists, landscape architects, planners, and more, with decades of experience working throughout the PNW and the nation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client relationship management, and proposal efforts to grow our civil engineering consulting practice.
