We are looking for a Transportation Civil Engineering Specialist to join our highly skilled Civil/Highway Design Team in Chicago. The ideal candidate should have some previous experience in transportation engineering and a strong interest in transportation design projects. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with various agencies, such as Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT), Illinois Tollway, and various other DOTs, counties, and cities, throughout Illinois and the country. As a Transportation Civil Engineering Specialist, you will focus on the design and production of planning and construction bid documents. You will have the opportunity to work under the direction of experienced engineers and learn various civil design fundamentals, including drainage, geometrics, traffic, and modeling.
