The ideal candidate will hold a PE license, have an ABET-accredited degree, and 5–6 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Minimum 5 years (6 preferred) managing civil engineering projects.
• Proven ability to manage scope, budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, relationships, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Manage execution, including scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and resources.
• Provide technical leadership and quality oversight for deliverables and documents.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subconsultants, clients, and agencies.
• Build trusted client relationships through responsive communication and problem solving.
• Support business development, proposals, interviews, and teaming efforts.
• Mentor engineers, designers, analysts through day-to-day direction and feedback.
• Ensure accountability for deadlines, productivity, and financial stewardship.
